Staycity Aparthotels London Heathrow

Booking on line was a simple process. I was happy to be contacted and allowed to check in earlier than the 3pm normal time. Upon arrival at the hotel the desk clerk Elia was welcoming, pleasant and very helpful. She made the process very easy and friendly. The room was clean and simple. No complaints. Use of the laundry system was very handy. Thank you for a great stay. Thank you to Elia for setting a very high standard.

What a great experience. The staff and customer service was impeccable. The lobby and lounge area were both very clean and decorated in a unique and modern way. Right across from a main tube line, giving easy access to the city central or a very short trip to Heathrow Airport. Close to little shops and take-out food. The apartment was clean and had all essentials needed for cooking. Definitely recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We took advantage of adding a full breakfast for one of our mornings, The young woman at the restaurant showed us what was available and how to use the coffee machine. Her friendly and warm manner made us feel right at home.. The hotel itself is clean and limits waste by being environmentally friendly.

This was a last-minute booking for us and approved to be perfect. We needed a bigger space for the five of us and there was plenty of room. The staff was extremely friendly. They have a full bar downstairs that also makes pizzas. And to our delight they had a delicious Indian restaurant on the first floor that was exactly what we needed after being on the road for many hours. We will stay here again.

Been here for a while & overall its great. Its been one of the best located apartments we’ve seen here in Hayes. A couple hiccups here & there that have been out of their control, but they always get resolved in a timely manner. Their staff downstairs is very nice as well as their online services. Housekeeping is pleasant and quick. They come by every week on a schedule, I like that. Location is perfect, literally across the street from the station, as well as parks and many other family attractions and shops just a walking distance . We plan to stay here a while longer. Definitely should give it a try if you're staying in Hayes.

I'm renting an studio with a friend and we are really happy! The studio is nice and modern and it's well equipped (kettle, iron, toaster, hairdryer, etc). The staff is really friendly and they are always there to help with whatever you need. As well, there's a restaurant in the first floor and they serve good food (the waitress is super nice). The hotel is well connected, there's a bunch of line buses and the train station is just in front of it (but we can't hear it!). Nice place!

This place was amazing. Very friendly staff who were able to check me in early, gave me a free upgrade to an apartment, and held my luggage (in a secure room) until I was ready to leave for the airport. The rooms were very clean, updated, and felt safe. Only a 1 minute walk to the train. Breakfast for 10 pounds was worth it. I do wish they had cleaning every day, but I was there for 3 nights and it wasn't a problem

They upgraded my studio to a one bedroom suite. The location is wonderful right across from the brand new Elizabeth line. The room was spacious and comfortable. They allowed me to have a late check out as I was so tired from a month of travelling. Monica was so friendly and warm at check in and then at check out she got me coffee and biscuits after I told her I was really tired. She was very prompt with replying on what’s app as well when I wanted to check out late. I had a great stay! Thank you
